It's Christmas...

It's Christmas Day and that means only one thing, it's time for another Christmas jumper! This is one of my favourites I bought it from Cow in Manchester quite a few years ago and ever since it's come out every year.
It's fabulous it has pom pom detailing, bells and glitter what more does a Christmas jumper need!?

This year I've styled it simply, as the jumper stands out so much itself with a pair of black sequin shorts. These are Topshop shorts but I picked them up from a charity shop for a few pounds so I imagine they are from a few years ago now.

Hope everyone has an absolutely fabulous Christmas and you fully enjoy all the festivities!

Feeling Festive...

One thing I love about Christmas is tacky Christmas jumpers, I have quite the collection building now with the best ones purchased from vintage shops! You can get fab designs in high street stores but I find the best most fabulously tacky ones are found in vintage shops.
In the past few years I've purchased a few good ones from COW Manchester, one of my faves I picked up whilst I still lived there.

I bought this cardigan from COW last year and I absolutely love it, I prefer it to a jumper as it's easy to throw on over outfits to make them instantly festive! I wrote in my previous post about fabulous glittery pieces being absolutely necessary for the festive season and the jumpsuit styled with this cardigan is no exception. I purchased it from H&M it was in the sale for about £7 (bargain!) and it looks fabulous during the festive season.

December Sparkle and Sequins...

So Christmas is literally just around the corner, only a week away! I'm organised in most aspects of life but not Christmas shopping and will be doing the majority of mine tomorrow.
Christmas time means glitter and sequins are acceptable in day to day life, I mean they are anyway but even more so!

I picked up this fab little silver crop from H&M, it was only £3.99 so was a must. They also did it in a gold and also multi colour I wish I'd bought them in each colour they were so cheap! I've styled the top with my vintage mom jeans, which I've absolutely worn to death since I bought them and also this fabulous black sequin jacket both bought from separate Kilo Sales.
The jacket was so ridiculously cheap and so fabulous it's an all over zig zag sequin and I love it, it's been added to the ever growing sequin collection (I have a problem)!

Wild Bright Prints...

I absolutely love a stand out print and this shirt is definitely that! I picked it up on eBay for a couple of pounds, it's made of a silk style polyester so feels so silky on. The colours are so bright and vibrant which is perfect for brightening up dreary days. The shirt has an elasticated trim so it can be worn as a bomber style jacket too which will be great as a cover up at a festival!

I've styled this with a pair of leather shirts with a chunky studded belt, I actually wore this outfit recently to a gig. It's the perfect dressy/casual kind of look that I wanted.
The shorts I bought years ago from Pop Boutique and the belt I got from a recent weigh and pay kilo sale.

Vintage Polka Dots...

Scouring eBay for bargains is one of my favourite things, even if I do get quite carried away when bidding (I don't like losing)! It's nice to be able to find unique pieces at sometimes bargain prices. I came across this gorgeous vintage polka dot culotte style jumpsuit, it's always a risk buying off eBay not knowing if items will fit and with no returns policy. Luckily this time the jumpsuit fitted like a glove, I like that its also boned which adds structure to the fit, the bones also extend to the off shoulder sleeves which helps them to stay in place and not shuffle about!

The jumpsuit can easily be worn both casually and also dressed up for the evening, which I absolutely love. I've worn it out styled with these chunky boots and paired with my leather jacket for an evening out.
