Festival Floral Flares...

I absolutely love this flare style of trouser so when I spotted this matching set on ASOS by Missguided I needed to have it, I had been hunting for a suitable day to night outfit for day festival Live at Leeds and this was the perfect find so I ordered it immediately!

I did however due to limited stock have to order a slightly larger top than I needed, which means I had to cut the back out and remake it to fit me slightly better as it ended up being about 2 sizes too big! I loved the print and the look of the set together too much to have to find an alternative top.
I wore this with my fab faux suede patchwork fringed jacket, which added to the festival vibe, I have had a bit of a mishap with it though and there is now a hole in the crochet although hopefully I'll be able to pick up the stitches and fix this(fingers crossed!).
I also picked up another pair of new sunglasses, again they are circular lenses but just silver in the frame and also the lens they have been added to my ever growing sunglasses collection!

We had such a fabulous day at Live at Leeds and certainly made me more and more excited for festival season, my first 'proper' festival this year will be Rock Am Ring in Germany which we've finally managed to get sorted with just a few extra bits to arrange but we have tickets and flights so thats the most important stuff done!

Vintage Glitter...

I wore this dress recently when I went to see the fabulous Bring Me The Horizon at the Albert Hall, the gig itself was an absolutely magical experience it was so nice to see the band in a completely different environment and with a full orchestra too.

Anyway this dress I bought at a kilo sale where I went absolutely wild and ended up spending over £70 I picked up a lot of fabulous bargains. This dress is a sheer material so I have worn a black slip dress underneath, it has a glittery rainbow sheen through the material which can't truly be appreciated when photographed.
I love the split sleeves which tie together with a bow. I've styled the dress with a gold chain belt to pull the look together this has a gold tassel detail too. I'm also wearing gold glittery ankle socks with my shoes to completely finish off the look.

Sweet Spring Time Treats...

In an attempt to sort out my wardrobe I have been unearthing hidden treasures, that have got lost long ago in the abyss that it has become! This shirt is one of the fabulous treasures I have refound, I bought it off eBay for about £2 and is originally from ASOS, I absolutely love it can't believe I forgot about it! It is a beautiful sheer fabric with an assortment of party rings, jammie dodgers, cupcakes and biscuits its an absolute delight!

I've styled it quite simply with a white button down skirt, for a simple day look I have also been wearing this shirt for work with black culottes for a more fun office vibe! The rainbow platforms were bought last year from Lamoda, I am a little unsteady in them I quite often go over on my ankle in them ha! I truly am like Bambi in that scene from the Disney film where he's slipping all over the ice! I need to get some more walking done in them this year so I can practice not breaking my ankle.

I've also accessorised with a small pastel pink tattoo choker bought in a set from Primark, along with my favourite sunglasses of the moment also from Primark. I am also wearing my Mac Candy Yum Yum lipstick which I absolutely love when it starts getting more summery, I do sometimes mix it with Pink Plaid also by Mac for days when I'm not feeling quite so bright!

Kiss The Sky and Vintage Suede...

I always go on about how much I love the brand Kiss The Sky and this dress is another one from one of their fabulous collections. I picked it up when Ark was closing down so it was ridiculously cheap so I couldn't resist buying it.

I love the Moroccan style print, the colours within it are absolutely gorgeous the sleeves are like a split bell sleeve. There is also small mirror detailing around the neckline. I've also styled this dress with a vintage suede waistcoat that I bought a couple of months ago at one of Blue Rinses kilo sales it is a patchwork effect and will be great as a quick cover up during festival season!
I've accessorised with a fab hair chain with pearl detailing and a hanging moon I need to get some more hair chains this year I've not yet managed to find any fabulous ones!

I haven't got round to purchasing anything from Kiss the Skys summer collection this year but there is a fabulous embroidered kimono I've got my eye on!

Pastel Prints...

This year is flying by and it's very nearly summer, so it means the fabulous pastel shades are coming out of the wardrobe. I'm still attempting to sort mine out but massively failing, I'm surprised any of the drawers shut they are all bursting at the seems! But anyway in the process of sorting I rediscovered these fabulous turquoise patterned culottes that I purchased towards the end of Summer last year in the Primark sale. I seem to be rediscovering so many items of clothing I've forgotten I own in this wardrobe sort out, it's actually quite bad!

So I've styled these culottes with a knitted lilac crop also from Primark, they had so many different colours of these last year and they were such fabulous basic tops for Spring. I think I bought almost every colour! And then I've worn my favourite kimono from last year this crochet number from H&M it was part of their Coachella collection. I've accessorised this outfit simply with my silver rings and watch and rainbow sunglasses, I actually bought a new pair of these in London this weekend which are slightly different but equally as fabulous (I'm sure they'll be in a blog post soon!).

Boho Coins...

I've loved the brand Kiss The Sky for a while now I discovered them last year and since have made them an absolute staple to my wardrobe. I love the boho festival vibe of all their pieces, so when Ark clothing (which has now sadly closed down!) had a huge sale I was sure to stock up on lots of fab Kiss The Sky pieces, this playsuit only cost an absolutely ridiculous £2.50!!

I love the style of this playsuit with it's low v back and sides, it is a great transitional piece worn with or without tights. The coin detailing on the trim is absolutely beautiful and everyone can hear you coming, if I was going on a beach holiday this year this playsuit would definitely be in my suitcase as a beach cover up!
I've accessorised this playsuit quite simply with just a black choker with a small silver moon pendant from Primark. I've used my new favourite lipstick Film Noir by Mac, I lost my Antique Velvet on a night out (oops!) and have been hunting for a suitable replacement since and this is the perfect trade!
